Camera for Corporate Video
Hey filmmakers, I'm putting together a small crew for an upcoming corporate video project in Chicago. This isn't your average talking head, we're aiming for something with a polished, modern aesthetic to tell a compelling story about a new tech product. It'll involve a mix of interviews, product shots, and some creative B-roll. We're looking for a skilled Camera Operator to help bring this vision to life. Your main responsibilities will include operating the primary camera (likely a Canon C-series or similar) under the direction of a DP, ensuring clean and stable shots, and assisting with setup/teardown. We're looking for someone with around 3-5 years of experience in corporate or commercial video, a keen eye for composition, and a solid understanding of exposure and focus. You'll need to have your own camera package (body, lenses, tripod, monitor) that meets professional broadcast standards. Please share your reel or relevant work samples when applying. Shoot dates are tentatively scheduled for mid-June, potentially two to three full days of shooting. Exact hours will be communicated closer to the shoot, but anticipate 10-12 hour days. We'll provide craft services, lunch, and any necessary production insurance. Looking forward to collaborating!
