Camera PA, LA Pilot Shoot

We are seeking an entry-level Camera Production Assistant for an independent pilot shoot in Los Angeles, CA. This project is a gritty crime drama with supernatural undertones, exploring themes of justice and redemption in a visually distinct world. We need someone who is eager to learn and contribute to a fast-paced set, working closely with the camera department. This is a great opportunity to gain experience on a narrative production. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting the 1st AC and DP with equipment setup, battery changes, media management, and general support to ensure smooth camera operations. Ideal candidates will have basic knowledge of camera equipment, strong organizational skills, and a proactive attitude. While no personal gear is required, familiarity with professional cinema cameras, lenses, and accessories is a plus. Please be prepared to provide a resume or a brief summary of any relevant experience. Shoot dates are tentatively planned for around October 7, 2026, lasting approximately 3-4 days. Expect 10-12 hour days. Lunch and craft services will be provided on set. This is a paid position at $250 per day, flat.
