Color Grading for Pilot

We need an entry-level Colorist to join our post-production team for an exciting, independent pilot project. This is a dramatic comedy, exploring themes of ambition and unexpected friendships in a vibrant Austin setting. We're looking for someone with a sharp eye for detail and a knack for creating compelling visual moods that enhance storytelling. Your main responsibilities will include working closely with the director to establish a consistent color correcting footage, and delivering final graded sequences. You should be proficient with industry-standard color grading software, such as DaVinci Resolve or Adobe Premiere's Lumetri Color, and have a solid understanding of color theory and grading techniques. While this is an entry-level position, a strong demo reel showcasing your skills and understanding of the craft is essential. Post-production is slated to begin around September 17, 2026, and we anticipate approximately 2-3 weeks of work, potentially spread out. This is a hybrid role, primarily remote but with occasional in-person sessions in Austin, TX, for collaborative reviews. Compensation is TBD based on experience.
