Seeking a talented Colorist for an upcoming commercial project in New York City. This fast-paced spot will feature dynamic visuals and requires a keen eye for detail to enhance the commercial's energetic, modern tone. We are looking for someone to help bring the final polish to our visuals, ensuring a vibrant and impactful look for the product. Your expertise will be key in achieving a cohesive and professional grade across all assets. This is for an independent production, looking to deliver a high-quality product. Key responsibilities include collaborating with the director and editor to establish the visual aesthetic, performing primary and secondary color correction, and ensuring consistency across all deliverables. You will also be responsible for final color adjustments and export in various formats. Candidates should have mid-level experience in commercial color grading, a strong understanding of color theory, and proficiency with industry-standard software (e.g., DaVinci Resolve). Please include a link to your reel showcasing relevant commercial or short-form work. Approximately 3-5 days of work, expected to take place in October 2026. Compensation is $200-400 per day, dependent on experience and scope. You will be expected to work remotely or from your own setup, with online review sessions. We provide all necessary reference materials and clear communication.
