Production Designer, Music Video (Revenue Share)

Hey, looking for a talented Production Designer for an upcoming independent music video in Los Angeles. This is for an indie alt-pop artist, very visually driven, with a dreamy, surreal aesthetic. We're thinking pastel palettes, subtle practical effects, and some stylized set pieces that really tell a story without being too literal. This is a chance to get creative and build some truly unique visuals. Key responsibilities include collaborating closely with the director on conceptualizing the sourcing props and set dressing, overseeing set fabrication (if needed), and managing art department logistics on set. We're looking for someone who can work resourcefully to achieve a high-end look on an independent budget. Required: You'll need a strong artistic eye, experience as a Production Designer or Art Director on narrative or music video projects, and a portfolio or reel showcasing your work. Practical experience with prop sourcing, set decoration, and managing a small art team is a must. Bring your own tools, but we'll cover materials. Shoot dates are tentatively scheduled for late July/early August, 2-3 days total. Hours will be typical full-day shoots. This is a partnership opportunity, with compensation as a revenue share from the finished project. Food and on-set amenities will be provided. Let's make something beautiful.
