Gaffer (Commercial Shoot)

Looking for an experienced Gaffer for an upcoming commercial shoot in Chicago. This is an independent production, a 2-day shoot for a clean, modern lifestyle commercial, showcasing a new tech product. It's a quick turnaround but a fun project, and we're looking for someone who can help us make the visuals really pop. You'd be responsible for setting up and managing lighting equipment, ensuring proper exposure and mood, and working closely with the Director of Photography to execute their vision. We need someone who has their own basic lighting package appropriate for a commercial shoot, including a small HMI or LED fill, and stands. Please provide a link to your reel or samples of your commercial work. Shoot dates are TBD but looking at mid-June, likely 10-12 hour days. Lunch and craft services will be provided, along with a positive set environment.
