Entry Line Producer, Documentary (Nashville, TN)

Seeking an Entry Line Producer for an independent documentary shoot in Nashville, TN, planned for around November 3, 2026. This is a small, interview-driven project exploring the unique subcultures of Nashville's art scene, focusing on the stories of emerging creators. We anticipate about 2-3 weeks of prep followed by a 1-2 week shoot. This is a passion project with a sincere and inspiring tone. We're looking for someone enthusiastic about documentary storytelling and eager to gain hands-on experience. Key responsibilities include assisting with budget tracking, scheduling, location scouting coordination, securing necessary permits, managing daily logistics, and generally ensuring the production runs smoothly. You'll be working closely with a small crew to keep everything on track. Applicants should have a basic understanding of production logistics, excellent organizational skills, and a proactive attitude. Experience with production software or spreadsheets is a plus but not strictly required. A good driver's license is essential. We're looking for someone who can think on their feet and problem-solve creatively. Compensation will be TBD, commensurate with experience and project scope.
