Line Producing for Web Series

We need a skilled Line Producer to help bring our upcoming web series to life. This is an independent production, a dramatic comedy exploring the challenges of young adults navigating their first "real" jobs. Think relatable characters, sharp dialogue, and a touch of the absurd. We're aiming for a tone that blends indie film sensibilities with accessible, engaging storytelling. You'll be crucial in overseeing the day-to-day logistics, ensuring we stay on schedule and within budget, and generally making sure the production runs smoothly from prep through wrap. Your key responsibilities will include managing crew and vendor contracts, coordinating equipment rentals, scheduling, overseeing location logistics, and tracking expenses. We're looking for someone with 2-4 years of experience as a Line Producer or Production Manager on narrative projects, ideally web series or shorts. Please have a solid understanding of indie production workflows and a keen eye for detail. While specific gear isn't required for this role, demonstrating experience with production management software or tools is a plus. Prep will begin in November 2026, with principal photography scheduled for about 10-12 shoot days, likely spread over 3-4 weeks in late November 2026 and early December 2026. This is a paid position, offering $150-300 per day, dependent on experience. Meals and on-set catering will be provided during shoot days.
