Line Producing for Web Series

We need an experienced Line Producer to lead physical production for an exciting new dramatic web series. This independent production explores themes of self-discovery and resilience within a gritty, urban fantasy setting, featuring complex characters and visually dynamic storytelling. Your primary responsibility will be managing the budget, scheduling, and logistics for the entire production, ensuring we stay on track and within scope from prep through wrap. We’re looking for someone who can navigate the complexities of a web series with a senior-level understanding of production workflows. Key responsibilities include creating and maintaining detailed budgets and schedules, negotiating rates with vendors and crew, securing locations, and overseeing all on-set operations. You’ll be working closely with the director and the rest of the core team. Ideal candidates will have extensive experience line producing web series or similar independent narrative projects, a strong network of local Atlanta crew and vendors, and a proven track record of successful project delivery. While we don't expect you to bring a full gear package, experience with production management software is a must. Please share your reel or a portfolio of past projects demonstrating your relevant experience. Prep begins late October 2026, with an estimated 3-4 weeks of principal photography in Atlanta, GA. This is a full-time commitment during prep and production. Compensation is negotiable based on experience.
