Gaffer, Commercial Shoot, Stockholm

Looking for a Gaffer to lead our lighting team for an upcoming commercial shoot in Stockholm. This is a high-energy, visually driven project for a well-known electronics brand, focusing on sleek product design and dynamic lifestyle usage. We need someone who can translate creative concepts into practical lighting solutions and work efficiently under a tight schedule. Key responsibilities include designing and executing lighting setups, managing equipment, and overseeing a small lighting crew. Experience with both natural light modification and artificial lighting (LEDs, HMI, tungsten) is essential. You'll be expected to bring your own basic kit (meters, gels, flags) but primary lighting fixtures and larger grip equipment will be provided by the production. Please include a link to your reel or relevant portfolio work showcasing commercial lighting. This is for a small, independent production, and we value collaborative spirit. The shoot is projected to be 2-3 days in the first half of October 2026, with 10-hour days. Prep work, including a tech scout, will be scheduled in late September. Compensation is $300-500/day, depending on experience. Lunch and craft services will be provided on set.
