Gaffer for Miami Web Series (Senior)

We are an independent production looking for a seasoned Gaffer to join our team for an upcoming web series filming in Miami. This is a dramatic, character-driven series with a gritty, realistic tone exploring themes of urban survival. It's a passion project we're all really excited about, with a compelling script and a dedicated crew. We need someone who can translate our visual concepts into impactful lighting, enhancing the atmosphere and storytelling. Your main responsibilities will include collaborating with the DP on lighting plans, leading a small lighting team, and ensuring safe and efficient power distribution on set. We're looking for someone with extensive experience gaffing narrative projects, a strong understanding of various lighting techniques, and the ability to work creatively within a limited budget. You should ideally have access to some basic grip and electric gear. Please provide a link to your reel showcasing your lighting work. Shoot dates are approximately late June to early July, mostly evenings and weekends. Meals will be provided on set, and you will receive full credit for your work. We are a collaborative group and welcome creative input from all team members.
