1st AC (First Assistant Camera) For Music Video

Looking for an experienced 1st AC to join our crew for an upcoming independent music video project in Atlanta. It's a high-energy hip-hop track with a cool, vibrant, and slightly retro aesthetic that we're really excited about. Think dynamic camera moves, crisp focus, and a strong visual flair. You'll be working closely with the Cinematographer to ensure technical excellence and smooth operation on set. Your main responsibilities will include pulling focus, managing camera equipment (lenses, batteries, media), building and maintaining the camera rig, and troubleshooting any technical issues. We're looking for someone with at least a couple of years of experience as a 1st AC on similar productions. You should be familiar with industry-standard camera systems (think RED or ARRI, but we're flexible based on the Cinematographer's preference) and have your own essential tools. Please include a reel or a list of projects you've worked on in your application so we can see your work. Shoot dates are approximately scheduled for late June or early July, typically 10-12 hour days. Exact dates are still being finalized. We'll provide craft services and meals on set. This is a paid position, offering $200-400 per day, dependent on experience and gear contribution (if applicable). Looking forward to hearing from you!
