Gaffer (or Best Boy) for Music Video Shoot

Atlanta, GA: We're shooting an indie music video mid-March (exact dates TBD, likely 2-3 days) and looking for a Gaffer or experienced Best Boy to join our small, enthusiastic crew. This is for an upbeat, narrative-driven pop/hip-hop track, focusing on vibrant colors, dynamic movement, and a high-energy aesthetic. We're looking for someone creative who can bring their own ideas to shaping the look of the video, working closely with the Cinematographer and Director to bring our vision to life. Your primary responsibilities will include managing all lighting setups, safety, and equipment, ensuring everything runs smoothly on set. We'll be working with a mix of practicals, LEDs, and some fresnels. Having your own basic lighting kit (stands, flags, stingers, a few smaller lights) would be a huge plus, but not strictly required for the right person. We can provide some additional gear and rentals as needed. This is a great opportunity to get some creative work done on a fun project, build your reel, and collaborate with a dedicated team. All experience levels are welcome to apply; we prioritize a good attitude and willingness to learn over extensive credits. Compensation is negotiable based on experience and gear provided.
