Production for Commercial

We're gearing up for a high-energy commercial spot for a disruptive tech startup, aiming for a slick, modern feel with a touch of humor. We need a seasoned Production Manager, a real wizard of logistics, to join our independent production team in a senior, co-producing capacity. This isn't just a gig, it's a partnership, coming with a Co-Producer credit and backend participation. You'll be the backbone of our operation, overseeing all pre-production and production logistics, managing budgets, schedules, permits, and vendor relationships. We need someone who can anticipate issues before they arise and problem-solve on the fly. You'll be working closely with the director and the rest of the department heads to ensure a smooth, efficient shoot. Strong organization skills, a deep understanding of commercial workflows, and a proven track record handling projects from concept to completion are essential. We're looking for someone with at least 5 years of experience in commercial production. Please provide a brief cover letter outlining your relevant experience specifically in commercials and a list of three commercial projects you’re particularly proud of. Shoot dates are tentatively planned for late summer, likely a 3-4 day principal shoot with a couple of prep weeks. Location filming will be entirely within the Los Angeles area. We’re providing all necessary production software and resources, of course. This is a chance to truly own the production process on an exciting upcoming project.
