Line Producer, Drama Pilot (Remote OK)

We're looking for an experienced Line Producer for an upcoming drama pilot. This is an intimate, character-driven story with a touch of dark humor, exploring themes of memory and regret. It's a passion project, but we're approaching it with professional standards and a strong vision. You'll be responsible for overseeing all physical aspects of the production, including budgeting, scheduling, permitting, crew hiring, and ensuring we stay on track. We need someone who can expertly manage resources, navigate logistical challenges, and keep a cool head under pressure. Experience with independent productions and managing workflows for a remote team is a major plus. Shoot dates are approximately late October/early November in Toronto, though we're open to a remote LP who can manage local teams effectively. We anticipate a 3-4 week prep and a 5-day shoot. You'll need a proven track record in line producing, with references and a detailed resume showcasing your past projects. We're a small production company, but committed to making a great film. We'll provide necessary production software and support.
