This dramatic pilot explores themes of urban isolation and connection, with a grounded, realistic tone. We're a small, passionate team and are looking for someone eager to learn and contribute to the crucial aspect of securing and managing our shooting environments. Key responsibilities include assisting the Locations Manager with scouting, obtaining permits, managing location agreements, coordinating access, and ensuring the smooth operation of all location-related logistics during pre-production and on shoot days. No specific gear is required for this entry-level role, but a valid driver's license and familiarity with the NYC area are highly beneficial. While experience is not mandatory, any prior production assistant work or relevant administrative experience would be a plus. Please submit a brief cover letter outlining your interest and any relevant experience. Shoot dates are approximately mid October 2026, with about 2-3 weeks of prep leading up to it. Working hours will vary but expect typical production days. Transportation to and from locations will be provided or reimbursed. Compensation will be determined based on experience.
