Locations for Web Series

Hey everyone, Ricky here. We’re gearing up for an exciting, fast-paced web series, a dark comedy with some fantastical elements, and we’re on the hunt for a skilled Locations Manager. This project needs someone who can hit the ground running, someone with a knack for finding those unique spots that really sell the story. As our Locations Manager, you'll be responsible for scouting, securing, and managing all shooting locations. This includes everything from initial research and photography to negotiating agreements, coordinating access, and ensuring everything runs smoothly on shoot days. We need someone who’s comfortable problem-solving on the fly and has excellent communication skills, as you'll be interacting with property owners, city officials, and our crew. We're looking for a senior-level professional with extensive experience in location management, specifically in independent productions around Los Angeles. Please provide a resume showcasing your previous work, particularly any experience with web series or projects with a similar scope. While some locations might be provided, we're relying on your expertise to add a lot of visual flair. Shoot dates are TBD but looking at 15-20 days spread across August/September, typically 10-12 hour days. Production will provide a travel stipend and a dedicated assistant to help you out.
