Production Assistant, Indie Feature Film

Hey Albuquerque film community, I'm Lorraine and I'm helping crew up an exciting genre-bending feature film shooting locally. We're looking for a dedicated Production Assistant to join our team. This project is a gritty, character-driven thriller, think Coen Brothers meets the New Mexico desert. It's an independent production with a passionate crew, so everyone wears a few hats. As a PA, you'll be instrumental in keeping things running smoothly on set, assisting with anything from runs, organizing materials, supporting various departments, and generally being an invaluable resource. This is an entry-level position, so enthusiasm and a willingness to learn are more important than extensive experience. Reliability and a positive attitude are key. You'll need to have your own transportation, a driver's license, and be able to commit to long days. Shoot dates are TBD, but we're aiming for a 3-4 week shoot block in late summer/early fall. We'll provide meals on set, and a great opportunity to get hands-on experience in feature film production. Compensation will be discussed based on experience.
