Hey everyone, as a casting director, I'm often on set and seeing what's really needed. For an upcoming independent commercial production, we're looking for a Production Coordinator to help keep things running smoothly. This will be a fast-paced, high-energy shoot for a well-known retail brand, focusing on bright, aspirational imagery. Think upbeat and visually catchy. Key responsibilities include assisting with call sheets, managing on-set logistics, coordinating craft services, tracking receipts, and generally supporting the production team. You'll be the glue keeping us organized! Experience level isn't as critical as a can-do attitude and strong organizational skills. If you're eager to learn the ropes of commercial production, this is a great opportunity. You should have a laptop and basic office software proficiency. No special gear required from your end, just a sharp mind and good communication. Shoot dates are tentatively scheduled for mid-June, three full days in the Los Angeles area. Hours will be standard, 10-12 hour days. We'll provide meals and a comfortable working environment. This is a points plus deferred compensation role.
