Production Coordinator, NY Commercial Shoot

We're a small independent production team seeking a skilled Production Coordinator for an upcoming commercial project in New York, NY. This spot has a vibrant, upbeat tone, focusing on a unique lifestyle product. It'll be a fun, fast-paced shoot. You'll be the backbone of our on-set operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly, from scheduling and logistics to managing daily calls and talent wrangling. We need someone highly organized, a proactive problem-solver, and a great communicator. Your responsibilities will include coordinating crew and equipment, managing petty cash, handling releases, and generally keeping us all on track. Mid-level experience in commercial production is a must, and a strong understanding of NYC logistics is a big plus. Please provide a brief resume or list of relevant experience, ideally demonstrating your organizational skills on previous commercial or short-form projects. The shoot is currently slated for late August or early September 2026, and will be approximately 3-5 days of principal photography, plus 1-2 prep days.
