Production Design for Pilot

I'm Hannah, an Art Director, seeking a talented and experienced Production Designer for an upcoming independent pilot project in Los Angeles. This is a dramatic, character-driven sci-fi thriller, exploring themes of memory and identity. Think 'Ex Machina' meets 'Arrival' with a unique aesthetic. We need someone who can lead our design efforts, translating our vision into compelling practical sets and environments that feel both futuristic and grounded. As Production Designer, you’ll be responsible for concept development, set design, prop sourcing, and supervising the art department crew. You'll work closely with me, the Art Director, to ensure a cohesive visual style. We're looking for someone with a strong portfolio showcasing previous work in sci-fi or a similar genre, demonstrating a keen eye for detail and the ability to work within a practical budget. Shoot dates are approximately late October to early November, for about 10-12 days of principal photography. Expect 10-12 hour days.
