Production for Pilot

Seeking an experienced Line Producer for a captivating independent pilot shooting in New York, NY. This is a partnership opportunity offering Co-producer credit and backend participation, suitable for a senior-level professional. We're looking at a 4-day shoot during the last week of October 2026, with about 3 weeks of prep leading up to it, flexible on hours. We need someone who can hit the ground running with strong financial oversight and logistical planning. Our project is a darkly comedic drama, a character-driven story with a quirky, offbeat tone, exploring themes of resilience and self-discovery. We aim for a refined indie aesthetic with high production value given our resources. Key responsibilities include creating and managing the budget, overseeing all production logistics from scheduling to securing locations and crew, managing payroll, and ensuring a smooth, efficient set. You'll be instrumental in translating our creative vision into a tangible production. Requirements include significant experience as a Line Producer on narrative shorts or features, a solid understanding of New York City production resources, and a proven track record of bringing projects in on budget and on schedule. Please provide a resume outlining your previous work and budget management experience. We will provide a production office space for prep and all necessary production insurance.
