Screenwriting for Commercial

Hey everyone, I'm Fatima, a sound designer working on a cool new commercial project here in London and we're looking for a sharp screenwriter to join our independent production. This is an upbeat, modern commercial for a well-known lifestyle brand, focusing on everyday moments with a stylish, aspirational twist. We need someone who can craft concise, engaging narrative beats and compelling dialogue that resonates with a broad audience. Keep it fresh, keep it impactful. You'll be working closely with the director to develop the concept into a strong script, including outlining scenes, writing dialogue, and incorporating feedback efficiently. No specific gear needed, just your writing talent and a laptop. This is an excellent opportunity for writers at any experience level to add a high-profile commercial to their portfolio. We anticipate this will be a focused short-term engagement, likely over 5-7 days, beginning in late July or early August (dates are flexible to an extent). Compensation is £150-£300 per day, depending on experience and the scope of work. We'll provide all necessary creative briefs and relevant product information.
