Senior Colorist, Music Video

Seeking a talented Senior Colorist for an upcoming independent music video project in the Los Angeles area. This is a high-energy pop/R&B track with a glossy, stylized aesthetic, requiring vibrant colors and a modern, high-contrast look. We're aiming for something visually striking and unique. You'll be responsible for all aspects of color grading, working closely with the director to achieve the desired tone and feel. This includes primary color correction, secondary adjustments, looks creation, and ensuring final delivery specs are met. You should have your own fully equipped grading suite, including calibrated monitors and professional-grade software (DaVinci Resolve preferred). A strong reel showcasing your music video work, particularly in the pop/R&B genre, is essential. We anticipate a grading period of approximately 2-3 weeks, with flexible hours to get the job done right. We're a small, dedicated team and value collaboration. Compensation is $2000-3000 per week, depending on experience. This is a great opportunity to make a significant creative impact on a visually ambitious project.
