Colorist, Documentary, Prague (Equity)

Hey filmmakers, I'm Tomáš, a Gaffer on an independent documentary project here in Prague. We're looking for a talented colorist to join our passionate crew as an equity partner. This isn't a paid gig right now, but a true collaboration for someone who believes in the project's potential. Our film explores the vibrant, underground street art scene across Eastern Europe, shot with a gritty, intimate style that we want to emphasize in the final grade. We've got compelling characters and a unique story, aiming for a raw, authentic feel that still has a strong visual identity. Your main responsibilities will be working closely with our cinematographer and director to establish and execute the final performing color correction, and creative grading. We're open to any experience level, as long as you have a keen eye, a strong reel demonstrating your understanding of color theory and narrative, and access to your own grading suite or software (DaVinci Resolve preferred). Shoot dates are mostly wrapped, so this role is primarily post-production, with flexible hours. We're building a team of dedicated artists who want to see this film succeed.
