Senior Editor, Indie Feature Film

Hey everyone, we're looking for a talented Senior Editor for an upcoming independent feature film. It's a character-driven drama, with some suspenseful indie thriller vibes, exploring themes of resilience and difficult choices. We're aiming for a strong festival run and a compelling narrative. Your main gig will be assembling footage, shaping the story, enhancing performances, and working closely with the director to achieve our vision. We're looking for someone with significant experience cutting feature films who can bring a strong sense of story and rhythm to the edit. You should be proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro and able to work efficiently and creatively. We're based in Los Angeles, so local candidates are ideal. We're offering a flat rate of $250/day. We'll be providing an editing suite and all necessary equipment. Editing will begin in late August, early September, for approximately 6-8 weeks, though that's flexible.
