Sr. Prod Coordinator, Corporate Video (NY)

Our upcoming corporate video project, a high-impact promotional piece for an independent production, is seeking a senior Production Coordinator. This isn't your average corporate gig; we're aiming for a dynamic, narrative-driven short film style to showcase a groundbreaking tech initiative. We need a highly organized and experienced Production Coordinator to manage logistics from pre-production through wrap. Key responsibilities include scheduling, vendor coordination, securing locations, managing call sheets, handling travel arrangements, and maintaining communication across all departments. You'll be the backbone of our on-set operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly. Candidates should have at least 5 years of experience in corporate video or independent film production, strong problem-solving skills, and a meticulous eye for detail. Experience with deferred payment structures is a plus. While gear isn't required for this role, proficiency with production management software is essential.
