Sound Reports: Your Workflow & Game-Changing Customizations?

Hey everyone, I'm Andre Williams, a composer, so I'm usually on the other side of the process. I'm currently scoring a low-budget indie narrative where I'm trying to be more hands-on with the set-to-post pipeline. I've been looking into production sound reports and how crucial they are for accurate sync and organizing takes. I've been experimenting with a basic spreadsheet on my laptop to track things, but it feels a bit clunky on set.

I'm curious to hear about your personal workflows for integrating sound reports. Do you lean towards a tablet with a specific app, or is good old paper still your preference? And if you've made any custom tweaks to your reports, what's been one adjustment that truly became a game-changer for you in post-production? I'm using a MixPre-10 II coupled with a few MKH 50s for this project, and I'm always looking for ways to streamline.
