Digital Onboarding/COI Tools: Real-World Efficiency Gains?

I'm Catalina, a location scout, and I'm constantly looking to streamline our pre-production. We've been doing a lot of commercial work recently, mostly using an ALEXA Mini LF or a V-RAPTOR XL, often with SkyPanel S60-Cs, and the paperwork for crew onboarding and location COIs is getting intense.

I've seen some chatter about digital tools like Wrapbook and TCP's COI portal for managing all this. Currently, we're still largely paper and email-based, which, as you can imagine, leads to a lot of chasing, printing, and scanning.

For those of you who have integrated these or similar digital management tools into your production workflow, how has it actually panned out? What was the setup like, and more importantly, what's been the single biggest efficiency gain you've seen, particularly around crew onboarding or wrangling location COIs? I'm genuinely curious if the time savings are as significant as they're made out to be.
