IMF & AI QC: How are online editors / finishing artists adapting?

Hey everyone, I'm genuinely curious about how the post-production landscape is shifting, especially for online editors and finishing artists. I'm a colorist myself, currently grading a commercial shot on an ALEXA Mini, and the client is already talking about multiple delivery versions for different markets. I've always focused on the aesthetic side, but the increasing chatter around IMF for versioning and AI in QC has me wondering about the wider finishing pipeline. Specifically, how have these changes impacted the day-to-day role of online editors or finishing artists? What new skills are becoming absolutely essential for them to stay relevant?
