Reference Video/Burn-in for Sound: Common Sync "Gotchas" for Post?

I'm Simone, a 2nd AD, currently prepping a narrative short shooting on an ALEXA 35. We’re working through our workflow and making sure our sound department has solid reference video. I've been looking over our internal guidelines for video specs and burn-ins, particularly for sound department copies and post-house dailies.

My main concern is avoiding post-production nightmares. I'm keen to hear from those with more experience: what are the most common mistakes or oversights you've seen, especially with frame rates, timecode, or even subtle burn-in info, that lead to sync headaches during post-production? Are there any specific pitfalls with different camera types (like our ALEXA 35 or when we use an AMIRA for B-cam) or particular sound setups (we're using a lot of Track E for talent)? Trying to get ahead of any potential issues.
