Digital Management Tools: Wrapbook, COI portals - Your Experience?

I'm Naomi, a Production Sound Mixer, typically working on commercials or mid-budget narratives. Recently wrapped a spot where we had an AMIRA and a SkyPanel S60-C setup, and it got me thinking about how much time we spend on the administrative side of things, especially dealing with payroll, contracts, and COIs. I'm always lugging around my MixPre-6 II and MKH 416, so any efficiency elsewhere is a win!

I've heard a lot of buzz about digital tools like Wrapbook for payroll and others for managing Certificates of Insurance. Right now, my process for onboarding and COIs is still pretty manual, a mix of emails, PDFs, and a lot of back-and-forth. It works, but it feels like there's a more streamlined way.

For those of you who've integrated platforms like Wrapbook or dedicated COI portals into your workflow, how has that experience been? What was the biggest game-changer or efficiency gain you noticed? I'm curious if it's as revolutionary as it sounds for actual on-the-ground production teams.
