Streamlining Production: Digital Tools for COIs and Payroll?

Hey everyone! I'm Mei-Lin, a PC currently working on a commercial for a sportswear brand, we're shooting on an ALEXA Mini with a bunch of SkyPanel X units. I’m always looking for ways to streamline our backend. I've been hearing a lot about digital management tools for things like COIs and payroll, specifically Wrapbook and TCP's COI portal, but I haven't actually implemented them yet. Right now, I'm still mostly pushing paperwork for all our crew and vendors. For those of you using similar platforms, how have you integrated these digital tools into your actual day-to-day workflow? What was the biggest game-changer or efficiency gain you experienced after making the switch from traditional methods?
