Digital Onboarding/COI Tools: Real-World Efficiency Gains?

Hey everyone,

I'm currently line producing a short film, a narrative piece we're shooting on an ARRI Mini LF with a set of Atlas anamorphic lenses. We're about to scale up to a larger commercial project which feels like it'll be a massive leap in terms of crew and vendor management.

I'm looking hard at tools like Wrapbook and other digital COI portals for streamlining onboarding and certificate tracking. Right now, on the short, it's a lot of separate emails, chasing paper, and manual spreadsheet entries, which is already feeling cumbersome even for a smaller crew.

For those of you who've integrated similar digital management platforms into your workflow, how have they really impacted your productions? What was the biggest, most tangible efficiency gain you experienced? I'm trying to understand if the investment in these platforms truly pays off, especially as we move into more complex projects.
