Senior Editor, Feature Documentary

Hey everyone, Kyle here. We're on the hunt for a skilled Senior Editor to join our team for an upcoming feature documentary. This project is a really poignant observational piece, following a group of artists navigating a major life transition. It's got a quiet, introspective tone with moments of real emotional heft so we're looking for someone who can really craft a sensitive and compelling narrative from a lot of footage. You'll be responsible for taking our rough assembly and shaping it into a polished, final cut. This involves everything from story structuring and pacing to fine-tuning the emotional arcs. We need someone who’s comfortable with independent production workflows and has a strong sense of story. We're looking for a genuine collaborator, someone who can bring their creative vision to the table. Ideally, you'll have 5+ years of experience editing feature-length documentaries, a strong reel demonstrating your narrative skills, and be proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro. Compensation will be discussed based on your experience.
