1st AC, Music Video (Equity)

We're shooting a high-energy music video for an independent artist, blending surrealism with a gritty, urban feel. Think vibrant colors, dynamic camera movement, and a lot of practical effects. This is a chance to really experiment and push creative boundaries with a dedicated team. We need an experienced 1st AC to help us bring this vision to life. You'll be responsible for maintaining focus, pulling focus, configuring camera builds, and managing lenses and accessories. We're looking for someone with a strong eye, excellent communication skills, and the ability to anticipate needs on set. Please have your own follow focus system and experience with high-end digital cinema cameras (Arri, Red etc.). A solid reel showcasing your focus pulling abilities is a must. Shoot dates are tentatively set for two days in late July, with flexible prep time beforehand. This is an independent production, so we're offering an equity partnership in the video's future revenue instead of upfront payment, a creative collaboration you'll be proud to be a part of. We'll provide necessary camera rental costs, catering, and transportation to and from set.
