Looking for a mid-level screenwriter to help craft a compelling corporate video for an independent production. We're aiming for something fresh and engaging, moving beyond the typical dry corporate tone. Think dynamic, informative, and visually driven. We want to tell a powerful story that resonates with a broad audience. Your main responsibilities will include developing a concise and impactful script, collaborating with the production team on concept development, and incorporating feedback effectively. We're looking for someone who can translate complex information into clear, accessible, and creative narratives. Ideally, you have a solid portfolio of corporate video or commercial writing, demonstrating a knack for effective storytelling. Experience writing for explainer videos or brand narratives is a plus. Please submit a reel or writing samples showcasing your best work. No specific gear is required for this role, just your writing talent. Shoot dates are approximate and will be discussed during pre-production, likely sometime in the next 2-3 months. Hours will be flexible, largely remote work with some in-person meetings. Compensation for this project is deferred, a common arrangement in independent film, with backend participation tied to project success.
