Art Department for Feature Film

Hey everyone, I’m an EPK producer currently on an exciting independent feature film shooting in Miami and we’re looking for a sharp Art Department Coordinator to join our team. It's a suspenseful indie thriller with a really unique visual style, sort of neo-noir meets a bit of surrealism. We’re pushing to create some truly memorable environments on a modest budget, which is where you come in. Your main responsibilities would be managing department logistics, coordinating rentals and purchases, tracking budgets, and generally keeping everything running smoothly for our Production Designer. You’ll be the central hub for all things art department. We're looking for someone with any level of experience, from a seasoned pro to someone looking to step up. Just needs to be organized and a good communicator. While we don't require specific gear, a good understanding of production office software and communication platforms is a plus. Shoot dates are roughly mid-July through August, five-day weeks, standard film hours. We'll be providing all necessary office equipment and a great team environment.
