Art Director, Sci-Fi Pilot (Miami, FL)

Shooting a sci-fi pilot in Miami, FL around late August or early September 2026 for about 4-5 days. We're looking for an Art Director to lead the visual world-building for our independent production. This pilot is a gritty, near-future sci-fi drama with strong psychological thriller elements, think Children of Men meets Black Mirror. We need someone who can translate our vision into tangible set pieces and props, creating a believable yet stylized environment on a lean budget. Key responsibilities include designing sets and props, sourcing materials, managing a small art team, and overseeing on-set dressing. You'll work closely with the director and DP to ensure visual consistency. We're looking for someone with a strong portfolio showcasing their ability to create impactful visuals, ideally with experience in sci-fi or a similar genre. Please have a reel or portfolio ready. We're a small, dedicated crew and this is a partnership opportunity. We're offering a Co-Producer credit and backend participation, a chance to really own a piece of this project and get it made.
