Art Coordinator, Psychological Feature, Montreal

Independent production seeking an Art Coordinator to join our team for an upcoming psychological feature film. It's a character driven story, dealing with themes of memory and perception, blending surreal and grounded elements. We need someone who can help bring our visual world to life, crafting atmospheres that are both unsettling and beautiful. As Art Coordinator, you'll be responsible for organizing props and set dressing, assisting with budgeting and scheduling for the art department, and coordinating with various vendors. You'll work closely with the Production Designer, helping to source materials, manage inventory, and ensure everything is where it needs to be for shoot days. Experience with small teams and indie filmmaking is a plus, but not strictly required. We're open to working with passionate individuals eager to gain feature experience. Shoot dates are approximate, targeting late August or early September 2026 for a total of 15-20 days in Montreal and surrounding areas. We're offering deferred compensation, a percentage of backend profits, which we believe reflects the collaborative spirit of this project.
