VFX Artist, Sci-Fi Pilot

Looking for a talented VFX artist to join our team for an exciting sci-fi pilot. This is a character-driven story with some cool, grounded sci-fi elements, think more 'Arrival' than 'Transformers', so we're after someone with a good eye for subtle, impactful visual effects. You'll be responsible for a range of tasks, from compositing and green screen work to some light 3D elements and environmental enhancements. We're open to all experience levels, from students looking to build their reel to seasoned pros, as long as you can deliver quality work and have a positive attitude. Please be proficient in industry-standard software (Nuke, After Effects, Maya, etc.). A reel or portfolio demonstrating your skills is a must. This is a deferred pay position, which means compensation will be paid out once the project secures further funding or distribution. We anticipate principal photography to be around late summer/early fall in Vancouver, BC, with VFX work extending into the autumn. We'll provide all necessary footage and assets.
