Editing for Web Series

Hey Vancouver editors, we're looking for a seasoned hand to cut an upcoming web series. It's a dark comedy, think absurd humor meets real-world struggles, shot with a cinematic feel that needs a sharp eye to really pop. We've got about six 15-minute episodes to piece together, telling a quirky story about urban legends in the modern age. Your main gig will be assembling offline edits, refining pacing and comedic timing, integrating sound design notes, and prepping for color. We're looking for someone with extensive experience in long-form editing, specifically narrative (web series or features), who can work independently. You'll need your own powerful editing workstation and software, preferably Adobe Premiere Pro. Please provide a link to your reel showcasing your best narrative work. We're aiming for principal photography to wrap by late August, so editing would likely kick off Mid-September, running for about 6-8 weeks. Standard 8-10 hour days, Monday to Friday, working from your home studio. We'll provide all project assets, clear communication, and a supportive team environment. Compensation is TBD, depending on experience. Let's make something great.
