Video Editor, Comedy Web Series

Hey filmmakers, we're looking for an enthusiastic editor to join our team for an upcoming comedy web series. This independent production, set in Miami, follows the misadventures of a group of quirky roommates trying to launch a disastrous startup. It's a fun, fast-paced project with plenty of room for creative input and comedic timing. Your primary responsibilities will include assembling raw footage, creating a compelling narrative flow, incorporating sound design, and applying color correction. We're looking for someone with a strong sense of humor and a keen eye for detail. We don't require specific experience, but you should be familiar with industry-standard editing software, preferably Adobe Premiere Pro. Having your own editing workstation and software is a plus. Please submit a reel or examples of your previous editing work, especially if it includes comedic content. We anticipate a post-production period of approximately 4-6 weeks, with flexible hours. This is a deferred compensation project, offering points in the production. We'll provide all raw footage, music licenses, and sound effects. Let's make some laughs!
