Art Assistant, Corporate Video (Entry Level)
Hey everyone, I'm Chloe Nystrom, a production designer based in Portland, seeking an entry-level Art Assistant for an upcoming corporate video project. This isn't your typical dry corporate shoot, we're aiming for a polished, modern, and visually engaging aesthetic to elevate their brand story. Think sleek, clean lines with a touch of warmth. We'll be working on a variety of sets, from office environments to conceptual backdrops, so there's plenty of opportunity to be creative and learn. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting with set dressing, prop management, fabrication, and general organization of the art department. You'll help bring our visual concepts to life by sourcing and handling props, helping to build practical elements, and ensuring everything is ready for camera. Attention to detail and a willingness to jump in are key. No specific gear is required, but a basic understanding of set etiquette and a strong work ethic are a must. Please have a portfolio or some examples of any personal design or art projects you're proud of, even if they're not professional film work. Shoot dates are approximately 3-5 days in late June, with some prep days beforehand. We're looking at standard 10-hour days. Refreshments and lunch will be provided on set. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the art department on a paid project.
