Production Design for Web Series

Hey everyone, Damon here. We're looking for a seasoned Production Designer for an upcoming independent web series shooting in NYC. This is a dark comedy, kind of an absurdist take on office culture, with some surreal elements. Think 'Severance' meets 'The Office' but on a shoestring. We really need someone with a strong visual voice who can make mundane environments feel truly bizarre and specific to our story. Your main responsibilities will include developing the overall aesthetic, overseeing set dressing, prop sourcing, and collaborating closely with the director and DP to bring our vision to life within our budget. You'll need to be highly creative and resourceful. We're looking for a portfolio or reel that demonstrates experience on similar narrative projects, especially those with unique or stylized set design. Personal gear for prop/set acquisition and organization is a plus, but not strictly required. Shoot dates are tentatively scheduled for late September, early October, for about 10-12 days total. We're expecting 10-12 hour days. Compensation is $500-800 per day, depending on experience. We'll handle craft services, transportation to and from set, and any specific set construction materials.
