Camera Operator, Corporate Video (Entry)
Looking for a talented entry-level Camera Operator for an upcoming corporate video project in Atlanta. We're shooting a series of internal training videos for a client, focusing on engaging visual storytelling. Think clean visuals and effective communication, not overly flashy production. This is a great opportunity to gain experience on a professional set and build your reel. Your primary role will be operating the primary camera under the direction of the DP. We'll be shooting with a Blackmagic Pocket 6K Pro, so familiarity with that system or similar cinema cameras is a big plus. You'll be responsible for setting up shots, pulling focus, and ensuring smooth camera movements. We need someone who has their own basic camera support equipment (tripod, monopod), and ideally a small lighting kit (softbox, LED panel for interviews). Please have a reel or portfolio showcasing your camera operating skills, even if it's student work or smaller projects. Shoot dates are approximately late June, early July, for 3-4 days. Expect 10-12 hour days. Lunch, snacks, and craft services will be provided on set. This is a paid position, flat rate of $250/day. We're a small, independent production aiming to create high-quality content.
