Production Designer, Sci-Fi Web Series (Atlanta)

Hey film fam, we're looking for a talented Production Designer for an upcoming independent sci-fi web series here in Atlanta. The series follows a diverse group of survivors navigating a post-apocalyptic world, with a cool mix of gritty realism and some seriously imaginative futuristic elements. We're aiming for a strong visual style that feels both lived-in and innovative. Your main responsibilities will be translating the director's vision into practical, buildable sets and environments, sourcing props, and overseeing the art department team. This will involve everything from sketching concepts to hands-on set dressing. We need someone who can work creatively within a budget while still delivering high-quality production value. Looking for someone with mid-level experience on narrative projects, ideally with some sci-fi or genre work under their belt. You'll need to have your own basic art department toolkit, but we'll cover materials and rentals. Please send over your portfolio or a reel demonstrating your production design chops. Shoot dates are looking like late September/early October, roughly 10-hour days for about 10-12 shoot days total, plus prep time. This is a paid gig, $500-800/day depending on experience and scope.
