Camera for Feature Film

Hey everyone, my team is bringing an exciting independent feature film to Atlanta and we're looking for a motivated 2nd Assistant Camera to join our crew. This project is a gritty crime thriller with a strong character focus and some truly dynamic action sequences, so we're aiming for a raw, atmospheric visual style. As our 2nd AC, you'll be on the front lines, responsible for slating, managing camera accessories, assisting with lens changes, and keeping detailed camera reports. This is an entry-level position, so if you're eager to learn and ready to jump in, we want to hear from you! You should be comfortable with basic camera departmental duties, have a good eye for detail, and maintain a positive attitude under pressure. Familiarity with industry-standard camera equipment is a plus, but we're also open to someone new to the field with a strong work ethic. While we will have primary camera packages, any personal gear you have (e.g., clapper, tape measure, marking pens) is helpful. Shoot dates are approximately late September through October, standard 10-12 hour days. Lunch and crafty will be provided daily. This is a paid position, $300-500/day depending on experience.
