Camera Operator, Web Series

Seeking an experienced Camera Operator for an indie web series shooting in Los Angeles. This project is a darkly comedic drama, akin to a heightened reality, exploring the absurdities of modern work culture. We're looking for someone who can bring a strong visual style and technical finesse to each frame. Your primary responsibilities will include operating our main camera, ensuring consistent shot quality, and collaborating closely with the director and DP to achieve their vision. You'll need to be proficient with professional cinema cameras. Please have your own camera package (e.g., Blackmagic Pocket 6K or similar) and basic lens kit. A solid reel showcasing your operating skills on narrative projects is essential. Shoot dates are approximately 5-7 days in late July or early August, primarily 10-hour days. We provide lunch, craft services, and a supportive, collaborative set environment. This is a great opportunity to contribute to a unique and engaging story with a passionate team. Pay is competitive, ranging from $200-$400 per day depending on experience and gear provided.
