Camera for Music Video

Hey Vancouver camera ops! We're shooting an indie music video for a local synth-pop band and looking for a seasoned Camera Operator to join our crew. This track is upbeat with some cool retro-futuristic vibes, so we'll be playing with interesting lighting and dynamic camera movement to match the energy. You'll be responsible for executing specific shots, working closely with the DP to bring their vision to life. We're looking for someone with at least 5+ years of experience on set, ideally with music video or similar fast-paced production experience. Must have your own camera package (e.g., Blackmagic Pocket, RED Komodo, or similar) and relevant lenses, ideally with a small monitor for focus pulling. We'll provide some basic grip gear, but your kit should be ready to roll. Please send your reel highlighting your operating work. Shoot dates are TBD but looking at 2-3 days sometime in late May or early June, probably 10-12 hour days. Compensation is $100-200/day, depending on experience and gear. Let's make some cool visuals!
